I am always focused on projects that focus on people getting their work done rather than technology for technology’s sake.
I currently work for NWEA as a Senior Manager, Content Systems and Software, advocating for internal users of software applications and serving as a product owner for two scrum teams using the scaled Agile methodology.
I previously worked for Ecotrust as their Director of Knowledge Management, drawing on my library science, business analysis, and technology background to help improve internal knowledge management and external knowledge sharing.
Before Ecotrust, I worked at PixelSpoke (formerly Synotac), a Portland digital marketing firm, as the Director of Technology. I worked with our clients to create successful marketing strategies and implement appropriate projects, including programming and deployment. I also advised our clients on user experience and information organization.
